Case: The recently polished case is excellent showing wide, sharp, prominent bevels and only light wear from use. The bezel insert is also in excellent condition and has faded to a navy blue hue.
Dial: The mk 2 dial is excellent and has aged to a warm vibrant chocolate hue showing some light wear for its age. There is a small subtle mark on the dial to the right of the 8 o'clock marker and some light hand drag that shows close to the lower portion of the center post. The lume has aged to a warm vibrant goldenrod hue and the hands been relumed and color matched to the dial.
Bracelet: The 11 folded link Oyster bracelet is excellent showing only light stretch.
Accessories: The booklet includes the certificate bt it unfortunately has faded and is no longer legible & August 2024 Certificate of Service from Tropical Watch.
Notes This is a one owner watch that's comes with a pretty remarkable story attached to it. The owners son recounted a story where his dad lost the watch while surfing one day. However instead relinquishing the watch to the sea, the two went back the following day and found it washed up on the rocks.
