1979 Rolex Submariner 5513 Serif Dial with Box and Papers

Case: The recently polished case is excellent and shows very light wear. The bezel insert is also excellent and has faded to a dark navy blue that shows only very light wear.

Dial: The matte black serif dial is very good with some light scratching present to the surface layer of paint. The lume has aged to a warm sandy hue and the hands have aged slightly darker than the dial. Please note that this dial is an earlier dial put in the watch at some point. Serif Dial production ended around the 1970 range.

Bracelet: The 11 link oyster bracelet is excellent and shows light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a matching 1979 date code.
