1970 Rolex Red Submariner 1680 MK 4 Dial with Box and Papers

Case: This very good case has been polished in the past and shows wear from daily use. The Excellent fat font bezel has faded to a medium blue/grey hue and shows some wear. The original tritium pearl is intact. The caseback is stamped 1. 70.

Dial: Super clean MK 4 dial with warm creamy markers and matching hands. The hands have patinated to a deep almost gold hue.

Bracelet: The original excellent 10 link folded link oyster bracelet has average stretch for its age and the clasp flanges that have been replaced are stamped with a 1978 date code.

Accessories: 2 extra links, box, and papers (check out the photo fo the paper pile)

Notes: The matte dial, warm markers, and faded bezel give this watch a truly beautiful appearance.
