Dial: The pearlescent white perpetual calendar dial is excellent showing no visible wear. The original factory hands are matching.

Bracelet: The Patek black alligator leather strap is very good showing some wear from use. The 18k yellow gold Patek Philipe signed buckle is excellent showing only light wear from use.

Notes: This is a beautiful 4th series (1995-2004) Patek Perpetual Calendar in yellow gold. The strap and buckle are both made by Patek but are not original to the watch.
