Patek Philippe 18K YG Lapis 3578/1 Gold Dial

Case: The 30mm 18k yellow gold and lapis case is excellent showing only very light wear for its age. There is a patch of very rosy patina where the bottom portion of hr bracelet connects to the case.

Dial: The gold sigm dial is excellent showing very subtle speckling patina and only very light wear for its age. The hands are also in excellent condition and appear to be original to the watch.

Bracelet: The 18K yellow gold mesh bracelet is excellent showing no perceivable stretch. The bracelet will fit up to a 16.5 cm / 6.4" wrist.
