NOS 1973 Rolex Date 1501 Blue Dial

Case: The sharp unpolished/unworn 34mm case is excellent showing only extremely light shop wear. The sharp engine turned bezel is also in excellent unpolished/unworn condition showing only extremely light wear.

Dial: The blue dial is excellent showing some very subtle tropical patina beginning to form above the 11 o'clock marker. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the hands match perfectly.

Bracelet: The 13 folded link Oyster bracelet is near mint showing little if any stretch for its age. The action of the clasp is tight and feels new.

Accessories: None.

Notes Proof that the hunt is still alive and well. It might be a little harder now. They might be a little further back in the draw, closet, or dusty old shop. But they are still out there. Waiting to be found.
