1968 Rolex Dayton 6241 White "Paul Newman" Dial

Case: The previously polished case is excellent showing only light wear from use. The black bezel insert is also in excellent condition showing only very light wear from use.

Dial: The creamy-white and block "Paul Newman" dial is in overall excellent condition. On the outside of the 3 and 9 o'clock subdial, there are some subtle tonal variations to the white paint. There are a few other subtle imperfections on the dial. One located just above the coronet where the white and black meet, another just to the right of the coronet, and a third just below the 1 0'clock lume plot. The lume has aged to a warm sandy hue and the hands match perfectly. All lume glows when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate which is correct for this series of dial.

Bracelet: The 12 link oyster bracelet is excellent showing only light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1971 date code.
