Case: The excellent case has just returned from polishing showing sharp prominent bezels. The freshly polished bezel is also excellent showing a sharp and well-defined sunburst finish.
Dial: The matte black MK 4 dial is excellent showing little if any wear for its age. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue. The hands have been relumed to match the color of the dial lume.
Bracelet: The 12 link fliplock oyster bracelet is excellent showing only light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1996 date code.
Accessories: None.
Notes: By far the most avant-garde in design of all the vintage Rolex watches. The 1655 may not have the easiest dial to read, but the radical design makes it one of the most fun watches to wear.
