1978 Rolex Daytona 6263 Big Red Silver Dial

Case: The thick and even case is excellent showing only light wear from use. The black bezel insert is in overall excellent condition showing some light wear from the 60 to the 200 indexes at the very out edge of the insert.

Dial: The silver " Floating Big Red" dial is excellent showing overall extremely light wear for its age. There is some very light corrosion between the 1 and 2 o'clock markers, and there is a small and subtle scratch between the 6 and 7 o'clock markers. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock lume plots are missing some of their luminous mass. The hour hand matches perfectly. The minute hand has been relumed and color-matched to the dial.

Bracelet: The 13 link oyster bracelet is excellent showing some light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1982 date code.
