1961 Rolex PCG Submariner 5512 Gilt Exclamation Chapter Ring Dial

Case: The previously polished case is excellent showing sharp, wide, prominent bevels that closely resemble the factory profile. The case shows some light wear from use. The bezel insert is also in excellent condition and has faded to a satin blue-grey hue.

Dial: The glossy gilt dial is excellent showing some light and subtle speckling patina. The lume has aged to a warm sandy hue. The min hand has been relumed a long time ago. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate which is correct for this series of dial.

Bracelet: The 12 link Swiss rivet Oyster bracelet is excellent showing average stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1968 date code.
