1965 Rolex Submariner 5512 Gilt Tiffany & Co. Tropical Dial

Case: Excellent unpolished case with light wear from use. The case shows some wear for its age and has a semi sleeve polished finish. The fat font bezel is in excellent condition. The original long 5 insert has faded to a dark grey tone and shows light wear for its age.

Dial: The gilt 4 line ultra tropical Tiffany &Co dial has aged with a vibrant metallic gold patina. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the hands match perfectly. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate which is correct for this dial period.

Bracelet: The 12 link USA rivet bracelet is excellent showing some light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1970 date code.
