1998 Rolex Explorer 14270

Case: The previously polished case is excellent showing some light wear from use. The smooth stainless bezel is also in excellent condition showing only light wear.

Dial: The glossy black tritinova dial is excellent showing no visible wear. The original factory hands are matching.

Bracelet: The 12 link Oyster bracelet is excellent and shows some light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a matching 1998 date code.

Accessories: None.

Notes: This dial is from the era Rolex was transitioning from tritium to luminova. It's widely thought that instead of Rolex throwing out the already produced dials marked "T Swiss- T<25" they instead just filled them with the new Luminova luminous material and sent them out to ADs.
