Case: The thick and even newer Rolex service case is excellent showing sharp prominent bevels and only light wear from use. The black bezel insert is also in excellent condition showing only light wear from use. Rolex replaced cases with brand new ones in rare occasions during a service. They are uncommon since it was an expensive line item that gives you a vintage feel with a fresh brand new factory case.
Dial: The glossy black dial is excellent showing an extensive and even pattern of spidering patina across its surface. The lume has aged to a warm vibrant creamy hue and the hands match perfectly.
Bracelet: The 11 link Oyster bracelet is excellent showing only very light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1986 date code.
