1985 Rolex Daytona 6265 with "Big Red" Dial

Case: The excellent case has recently been polished and shows very light wear. The stainless bezel is also excellent and shows light wear.

Dial: The matte black "Big Red" dial is excellent showing little if any wear. Only the 3 and 6 o'clock lume plots are missing and the rest of the lume has aged to a warm creamy hue. The hands have aged a few shades lighter than the dial. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate. The left sundial hand is an all black variation that was replaced at service.

Bracelet: The 11 link oyster bracelet is excellent showing light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1980 date code.

Notes: An overall very clean, very nice example of a 6265 Big Red.
