1984 Rolex Sea-Dweller 16660 Matte Dial

Case: The thick and even case is in excellent condition with showing sharp prominent bevels from a recent polishing. The bezel insert is also in excellent condition and has faded to a glossy blue/grey hue. The insert showing some wear from use.

Dial: The matte dial is in overall excellent condition showing a few small and subtle patches that appear slightly darker than the rest of the dial. One is located just to the right of the date window, another between the 3 and 4 o'clock markers, and the third between the 10 and 11 o'clock markers. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the hands match perfectly.

Bracelet: The 10 link oyster bracelet is excellent showing some light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1982 date code.

Notes: The 16660 is a phenomenal yet short-lived reference that bridges the gap between the vintage and the modern.
