Case: The previously polished case is in excellent condition and shows light wear from use. The case has a semi sleeve polished appearance and appears on the glossier side of the factory satin finish. The MK 5 bezel has a bright sleeve polished finish with some of the paint worn thin from wear.
Dial: The matte black MK 5 dial is excellent and shows very light if any wear. The markers have aged to a light sandy hue with some very subtle chipping present to the markers around the very edge of the dial. The hands match the dial perfectly.
Bracelet: The 12 link oyster bracelet is excellent showing light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1983 date code.
Accessories: None.
Notes: By far the most avant-garde watch produced by Rolex. The 1655 may not have the easiest dial to read, but the radical design makes it one of the most fun watches to wear.
