1979 Rolex Submariner 1680 MK 1 White Dial

Case: The thick and even case is excellent showing sharp prominent bevels and only very light wear from use. The bezel insert is also in excellent condition showing only very light wear from use.

Dial: The matte black MK 1 dial is excellent showing little if any wear for its age. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the hands match perfectly. The text on the dial is also aging to a creamy hue.

Bracelet: The 11 link oyster bracelet is excellent showing only light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1995 date code.

Accessories: None.

Notes: Very cool to see the way late 70's watches are beginning age. The cappuccino text that almost matches the markers in tonality is very unique.
