1974 Rolex Oyster Perpetual 1002 Lavender Dial

Case: The excellent case shows a bright sleek polished finish and shows only light wear for its age. The smooth stainless bezel is also in excellent condition showing only light wear for its age.

Dial: The dial has aged to a lavender hue and shows little if any wear for its age. The lume has aged to a vibrant goldenrod hue and the hands match perfectly. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate which is correct for this series of dial.

Bracelet: The 11 folded link Oyster bracelet is excellent showing only very light stretch for its age.

Accessories: None.

Notes: This 1002 has aged with a near-perfect combination of patina with the vibrant golden lumeplots jumping out from the subtle lavender of the dial.
