1974 Rolex Daytona 6263 Silver Sigma Dial

Case: The thick and excellent case appears to be unpolished. It shows an overall light amount of wear for an almost 50 year old watch that has yet to see a polishing wheel. There is however some slightly more prominent wear on the 7 o'clock lug. The MK 1 bezel is excellent showing very light wear for its age.

Dial: The silver Sigma dial is excellent showing little if any wear. The applied white gold markers are bright and clean. The lume plots are all present and have aged to a vibrant goldenrod hue. The hands have aged slightly lighter than the dial. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate.

Bracelet: The 11 link folded link Oyster bracelet is excellent showing very light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1971 date code. The 271 end links fit snugly to the case and have little to no play.

Notes: With all of its beautiful vibrant lume plots intact, this unpolished sigma dial 6263 would be a worthy centerpiece to any watch collection.
