1973 Rolex Daytona 6263 Black Sigma Dial

Case: The previously polished case is excellent showing only light wear from use. The black bezel insert is also in excellent condition showing only light wear from use.

Dial: The matte black sigma dial is excellent showing little if any wear for its age. Most of the lume plots are missing some or all of their luminous mass which is common for Daytonas of this era. The remaining lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the hands have aged to a dark sage hue. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate which is correct for this series of watch.

Bracelet: The 12 link USA rivet bracelet is excellent showing. only light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1973 date code.
