1972 Rolex Explorer II 1655 Mk1 Pumpkin Dial

Case: The thick and even case appears to be unpolished showing wide prominent bevels and some light wear from use. The bezel is also in excellent unpolished condition.

Dial: The matte black MK 1 dial is excellent showing little if any wear for its age. The lume has aged to a warm vibrant sandy hue and the original straight second handset matches perfectly.

Bracelet: The 12-link folded Oyster bracelet is excellent showing only light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1972 date code.

Accessories: None.

Notes: The matte surface of this watch was not polished by any machine but lightly buffed over years and years of daily wear under the sleeve of a previous owner.
