1972 Rolex Explorer II 1655 MK 1 Straight Hand

Case: The previously polished case is excellent, showing sharp, prominent bevels and overall only light wear from use. The 9 o'clock side of the case shows more wear than the rest of the case. The stainless bezel is also in excellent condition, showing a sharp, well-defined sunburst finish and only light wear from use.

Dial: The matte black dial is excellent, showing little if any wear for its age. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue, and the hands have aged slightly lighter than the dial. The orange portion of the 24-hour hand has been touched up in two small spots.

Bracelet: The 12-link Oyster bracelet with 580 end pieces is in NOS condition with the factory protective stickers still in place.
