1972 Rolex Explorer II 1655 MK 1 Straight Hand with Box and Service Papers

Case: The recently polished case is excellent showing sharp prominent bevels and only light wear from use. The excellent service bezel is also freshly polished showing a sharp well defined sunburst finish.

Dial: The matte black MK 1 dial is excellent showing only light wear for its age. The 7:30 marker is chipped and missing half of its luminous mass. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the hands match perfectly.

Bracelet: The newer 12 link Oyster bracelet is excellent showing only extremely light stretch. The clasp is stamped with a 2009 date code.
