1972 Rolex Explorer 2 1655 MK 1 Straight Hand

Case: Excellent case and bezel that has just returned from polishing.

Dial: Excellent and very clean MK 1 dial with warm sandy markers. The original MK 1 straight hand handset matches the lime on the dial. There is a tiny crack in the lume of the 24 hour hand.

Bracelet: Excellent 13 link folded oyster bracelet that has average stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1977 date code.

Accessories: None.

Notes: The lume on this early straight hand Explorer 2 has aged perfectly, while the orange 24 hour hand retains its brilliant factory hue.
