1970 Rolex Submariner 1680 MK 2 Meters First Tropical Dial with Box & Double Punch Papers

Case: The thick, even case is excellent, showing wide, sharp, prominent bevels and only light wear from use. The black brezel insert is also in excellent condition, showing some light wear from use.

Dial: The MK 2 meter's first dial is excellent, and is just beginning to age to a dark brown tropical hue, showing little if any wear for its age. The lume has aged to a warm, creamy hue, and the hands have aged slightly lighter than the dial.

Bracelet: The 12-link folded Oyster bracelet is excellent, showing only light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a matching 1970 date code. The bracelet will fit wrists between 6.5" & 7.5" (16.5 & 19.1cm).
