1969 Rolex GMT 1675

A younger me would want something cleaner but the current me wants thick cases with scratches and ultra fat font bezel inserts with patina and wear. This fresh to market watch has been slightly restored with a movement service, newer crystal, and a toothbrush cleaning. The caseback is hand engraved by the original owner which should be a requirement when anyone gets a new watch. The lume on this stunning Mark 1 Matte dial is creamy and the lightly patinated hands match the dial in the best way possible. The caseback is stamped 3.68 and the lightly stretched Jubilee band is stamped 2 67. Would I wear this watch everyday? Hell yes!
