1967 Rolex Milgauss 1019 Silver "Cern" Non-Luminous Dial

Sold

“Bill Nye The Science Guy”

Case: The previously polished case is excellent showing wide prominent bevels and only light wear from use. The smooth stainless bezel is also in excellent condition and shows only light wear from use.

Dial: The silver no lume dial is excellent showing very light wear overall. The dial shows some very light chipping present at the edge of the dial just below the first T in "T Swiss T". The original center channels of the applied markers have been factory-filled with black enamel and the hands are matching. There is a small dent on the dial between the 11 o'clock marker and the crown at 12 o'clock.

Bracelet: The 13 link USA rivet bracelet is excellent and shows only light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1971 date code.

Accessories: None.

Notes: Whether you're sitting in on a remote zoom conference wearing only the top half of your office dress code, driving down the coast in search of a sparsely populated beach, or firing protons at close to the speed of light around a 27km ring looking for the god particle. While many watches can transition between the first two options with ease. The Rolex 1019 is the only watch that can do all three.
