1966 Rolex Submariner 5513 Bart Simpson Gilt Tropical Dial

Case: The thick and even case is excellent showing sharp prominent bevels. The bezel insert is also in excellent and has faded almost entirely to silver showing a light ghosting of the number index.

Dial: The "Bart Simpson" gilt tropical dial shows extensive "Death Valley" patina ad appears a dark brown cracked finish from age. The lume has aged to a dark sage hue and the hands match perfectly. All lume glows faintly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate which is correct for this dial.

Bracelet: The 12 link rivet bracelet is excellent showing only light wear form use. The clasp is stamped with a 1977 date code.
