1966 Rolex Submariner 5512 Gilt Dial

Case: The thick case is excellent and shows some wear from use. The bezel has faded to a glossy light blue/grey hue and shows some wear from use.

Dial: The glossy gilt dial has an extensive and even pattern of spider cracking patina. The lume has aged to a warm sandy hue and the hands have aged to a dark sage hue. The lume plots glow brightly when exposed to UV and fall off gradually. The hands glow at a much lower rate and fall off rapidly.

Bracelet: The 12 link USA rivet bracelet is excellent and shows only light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1970 date code.
