1966 Rolex GMT-Master 1675 Gilt Dial with Box and Papers

Case: The case shows light wear and is in excellent condition featuring wide, sharp, and prominent bevels. The bezel insert has shifted color more than has actually faded with the blue portion now a denim blue hue and the red portion a glossy burnt sienna hue. The insert shows light wear for its age.

Dial: The deep black glossy gilt dial is excellent and shows very light wear for its age. The gilt text is bright, glossy, and clean. There is one very subtle mark between the center post and the 7 o'clock marker. The lume has aged to a clean golden hue. The second hand matches the dial and the hour and minute hands have aged several shades lighter than the dial.

Bracelet: The 12 link Swiss rivet bracelet is excellent and shows very light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a matching 1966 date code.

Accessories: Box and papers.

Notes: As they disappear into collections exceptional pieces such as this 1675 are becoming harder and harder to find.
