Case: The previously polished case is very good and shows light wear from use. The black bezel is also in very good condition and shows light wear overall. There is a crack in the insert just to the left of the 60 index. The ultra rare MK 0 pushers show brassing which is typical to these pushers.
Dial: The matte black early "Big Daytona" dial is excellent and very clean. The silver subdials show some very subtle patina. Most of the lume plots are missing which is typical to Daytonas of this era. The remaining lume has aged to a warm creamy hue. The hands have aged to a slightly darker hue. All lume glows brightly under UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate.
Bracelet: The 13 link Swiss rivet bracelet is excellent and shows light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 1968 date code.
Accessories: None.
Notes: The early and rare none oyster 6240 "Big Daytona" dial looks incredibly clean and uncluttered with all the text confined to the upper portion of the dial.
