Case: The previously polished pointed crown guard (PCG) case is excellent, features wide prominent bevels, and shows only light wear for its age. The case has a bright sleeve polished finish. The period correct fat font bezel insert has faded to a satin medium grey tone and shows only light wear from use.
Dial: The glossy gilt dial shows extensive and evenly dispursed speckling patina across its surface. At the very bottom edge of the dial, there is some light chipping present between the 5 and 6 o'clock markers. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue with some lume loss present on the 2 and 4 o'clock markers. The hands are excellent and appear to be original with lume that matches the dial perfectly.
Bracelet: Excellent 12 link swiss rivet bracelet with light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with 1969 date code.
Accessories: None.
Notes: The aged and crackling top coat of clear lacquer creates a beautiful and incredibly intricate pattern of glittering blackness. Resembling something like a star filled sky on a moonless night.
