Case: The pointed crown guard case has just returned from polishing and features sharp prominent bevels that closely mimic the factory profile. The super fat font bezel insert is in excellent condition showing only light wear for its age. The red portion has faded completely to silver with only a hint of pink still remaining and the blue portion has faded to a deep blue-green hue.
Dial: The gilt chapter ring exclamation dial is excellent showing some subtle wear around the center post. There is a small scratch just to the right of the 6 o'clock marker. The lume has aged to a warm creamy hue and the original small GMT hand set matches perfectly. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate.
Bracelet: The 12 link oyster flex bracelet is in excellent condition with no sagging or stretching present.

Notes: Although gilt, chapter ring, exclamation point, dial is a mouthful to say. From a design perspective the combination of these three styling cues, in addition to the pointed crown guard case. Simultaneously place this GMT-Master solidly in the early '60s, while at the same time appearing timeless and almost current. The watch was also just serviced at LA Watchworks.
