1961 Rolex GMT 1675 Gilt Chapter Ring Dial

The order of operations while examining this gilt chapter ring pointed crown guard 1675 is very linear until you look at the dial. And, when you really look at the dial, which has a bananas level of uninterrupted deep gloss, you start losing your mind and muttering phrases like "the gloss is the boss". Most gilt dials have a tendency to fade and crack but this one decided to remain nearly perfect.

Now for the technical parts (because you already saw the dial). The case is thick and appears to be unpolished. The fat font bezel insert has faded beautifully over the years. The oyster Swiss rivet bracelet has 12 links and is stamped 1 61. The caseback is stamped II. 61. This truly is one of the best gilt chapter ring 1675's out there.
