1961 Rolex 18k YG DateJust 6105 Ovettone

Case: Excellent bubble back case that has gained a sleeve polished appearance after 59 years of use. There is one small indentation in the 5 o'clock lug. The fluted bezel is excellent and shows light wear.

Dial: Excellent newer service champagne dial with gold stick markers. The lume plots have aged to a warm creamy hue and most are missing some or all of their luminous mass. The is a light scratch just above the date window. The hands have aged slightly lighter than the dial. All lume glows brightly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly at the same rate.

Bracelet: New tan Molequin strap.
