1960 Rolex Explorer 1016 with Service Papers & Box

Case: The previously polished 36mm case is excellent, showing only light wear from use. The smooth stainless bezel is also in excellent condition, showing only light wear from use.

Dial: The matte black tritium service dial is excellent, showing little if any wear. The lume has aged to a warm, creamy hue. The newer tritium hands appear to be from the same era as the service dial and were likely added at the same time. They have aged slightly lighter than the dial.

Bracelet: The 13-link Oyster bracelet is excellent, showing only extremely light stretch for its age. The clasp is stamped with a 2008 date code.

Accessories: Rolex Service Center papers & box.

Notes The serial number has been re-engraved but matches the serial that is present on the Rolex service papers.
